A Community of Faith

We believe in the power of connection. Our ministry is more than a gathering—it’s a family of believers united by God’s love. Together, we celebrate life’s victories, stand strong through challenges, and encourage one another to walk boldly in faith. Through worship, teaching, and service, we create lasting relationships that strengthen both our spiritual and personal lives.

About Your Leadership

Paula is the President and Founder of The Daughters of Sarah Ministries, Inc., also known as Streams of Life Ministries. She is a respected member of the International Convention of Faith Ministries, Inc. (ICFM), the Righteous Preachers’ Network founded by Dr. Mark T. Barclay, and an active partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Dr. Bill Winston Ministries.

Paula holds a Master of Arts in Theology and a Doctor of Ministry in Theology, and has served in active ministry for over fifty years. Ordained under Mark T. Barclay Ministries, ICFM, Inc., and The Daughters of Sarah Ministries, she operates in the five-fold ministry—serving as prophet, teacher, and pastor—flowing in the gifts of healings, working of miracles, and the prophetic. As she ministers the Word of God, the Holy Spirit confirms His Word with signs following.

Her journey into ministry began after a life-changing Damascus Road experience, which led her to embrace “the race set before her” and to pursue “the prize of the high calling in Christ Jesus.”

The vision God has entrusted to her is to train up those who will usher in the end-time harvest and to teach God’s children about the Covenant we have with Him—our rights under this Covenant, and how to appropriate them. Her ministry fulfills the call of Isaiah 61: to preach the Good News to the poor, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom for the captives, and release God’s children from spiritual darkness.

Paula's heart is to yield to the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to lead worshippers into God’s Glory—where lives are filled, restored, and forever changed.
